SULFUR Quest Items: What Vendors Ask For and How to Hand In
Quick answer
SULFUR quest items are whatever a specific vendor currently asks for — Skrip wants cheese items, Grossberg wants body parts, Ralphie wants cooked food like cheeseburgers and tacos, Kiosk wants snacks, and 13 vendors in total each draw from their own pool, paying Stamps on hand-in, according to the SULFUR Steam page and first-hand player testing. There is no fixed universal list; every request is generated from that vendor's pool, asking for one to three (sometimes up to five) of a given item, with a Stamp reward scaled to the item's rarity, difficulty and quantity.

Note on versions: the vendor-by-vendor item pools below come from first-hand player testing done during Early Access, and the game has changed through the SULFUR 1.0 release on October 28, 2026, so treat individual pools as likely-but-unconfirmed for 1.0. The 1.0 update did add an in-game quest log that tracks your current quests, removing the need for the old pen-and-paper workaround.
Quest items by vendor
All pool details below are player-reported, mainly from one player who ran 10 test quests with each of the 13 vendors (~130 quests, roughly 150 distinct exchanges) and shared the results.
| Vendor | Item pool (player-tested) | Where to farm / stash |
|---|---|---|
| Kevin | Ghoul-type small items; kidney stones, herbs | Sewers for kidney stones, forest for the rest; stash kidney stones and herbs |
| Grave Digger | Meals and earthworms; polso or porridge | Stands right next to the Caves; polso and porridge can drop during the Cousin fight |
| Skrip | Cheese-related items only (Cheese, Cheeseburger, cheese sandwich and similar) | Caves; stash every cheese you find |
| Fex Win | Mushrooms, snails, spice mix | Forest (best) and Caves; stash spice mix |
| Grossberg | Body parts and flesh (human, dog, goblin flesh, bones, kidneys, lungs, pancreas) | Sewers, where goblins and humans fight; stash every organ |
| Bill | Forged-type items, sticks, rocks, pizza slices, frog legs | Desert (hard to find him) or Caves; rocks are everywhere, no stash needed |
| Kiosk | Snacks only: candy canes, chocolate bars, cotton candy, sugar, green tea gum, lemonade | Fortress or Forest; stash the small snack items |
| Ralphie | Repair items, wet wipes, pregnancy cravings (meat skewers, hard shell tacos, double cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers) | Sewers; stash wet wipes — one player spent 1.5 hours finding them there |
| Blond Magus | Random assortment, including bleach | Forest for high-tier loot; bleach takes two slots and pays 3 Stamps |
| Stiffleg | Sulfur caps (up to five at once), brains | Caves; stash brains |
| Jacques Defector | Meals, bananas, sweet gum | Fortress has lots of food spawns; stash bananas and sweet gum |
| Rat Queen | Clothes only, e.g. father's shirt | Only worth it if clothing spawns near her; a father's shirt from the sewers pays 3 Stamps |
| Haukland Salesman | Throwables and guns, e.g. pineapple grenades, Dirk | Caves; player consensus ranks him last — carrying five two-slot throwables is rarely worth it |
The Haukland Salesman also asks for four dog eyes in exchange for a membership card. Players in a Steam discussion say it is not worth it: the bulk ammo box from Arthur or simply carrying sunglasses gives about the same discount. If you insist, sweet-talk Grossburg in the Town to see his special section.

Cooking quest items
Several quest items are cooked rather than found. In a Steam discussion dated March 20, 2026, a player shared a recipe list in which these dishes are explicitly flagged as quest items, with the following in-game sale prices as listed there:
- Cheeseburger — meat + bread + cheese ($125 each, as listed in the March 20, 2026 Steam discussion)
- Double cheeseburger — meat ×2 + bread + cheese ($300 each, as listed in the March 20, 2026 Steam discussion)
- Kebab — meat + stick ($40 each, as listed in the March 20, 2026 Steam discussion; mystery meat works as a substitute)
- Tacos — meat + spices ($25 each, as listed in the March 20, 2026 Steam discussion; mystery meat substitute reported)
Stocking bread and cheese alongside your meat hoard covers most of these — and the cheese doubles as Skrip currency, either as quest hand-ins or sold for soul coin.

How to collect and hand them in
Check who is asking
Vendors appear randomly on runs (Skrip strongly favours the Caves, for example, but also shows up in the Forest). Kevin is at the church, so he is the easiest to serve. As of SULFUR 1.0, use the quest log to track active requests instead of a notepad.
Farm the matching area
Sewers for organs, flesh and wet wipes; Caves for cheese and sulfur caps; Forest for Kevin's, Fex Win's and Blond Magus's items; Fortress for food spawns; Desert for Bill.
Stash the hard-to-find stuff
Buy storage from Arthur with Stamps. The toilet is the key one: it is an inventory shared between runs and the church, so you can dump quest items for Ralphie, Kevin, Stiff Leg and others mid-run and pick them up later at the church.
Hand the items in
Find the vendor again on a run, or use the hollow reality projector at the church, which summons a normally overworld-only vendor next to Ralphie's workbench.
Collect your Stamps
Rewards scale with rarity, difficulty and quantity — Stamps buy permanent church upgrades and services from Arthur.
If the vendor you need is not spawning, the delivery demon refreshes all shops for one Stamp but does not reset quests — nothing resets a quest once a vendor has it. One player reports that refreshing inventories and immediately teleporting back to the church seemed to change which vendor appeared at the projector, though they could not confirm the mechanism.

FAQ
Which SULFUR quest items should I always stash?
Player-tested priorities: cheese (Skrip only asks for cheese items), wet wipes (Ralphie's rarest request), sticks, snails (multiple vendors), tongue on a stick, meat skewers, sawdust and stick grenades. Hard shell tacos and burgers take one slot and pay 2–3 Stamps, and bleach pays 3 Stamps from Blond Magus.
How do I get brains and other organs for Grossberg?
Players report that shooting corpses yields extra organs (not guaranteed), and shotguns and automatics tend to create more. Players report the toxic lobotomy scroll (poison + surge) produces organ drops on hit, while explosions, shattering (freezing/petrification), burning, poisoning and melee kills drop none. Players report intestines reliably spawn in the final level of the Town, where you fight the cannonesses in the square.
Where do I find wet wipes for Ralphie?
Players report finding them by searching the sewers — one player took an hour and a half on their first request. Stash every wet wipe you see; it takes one slot and pays 3 Stamps.
Do vendor quests disappear or reset?
No. According to player testing, nothing resets a quest once a vendor has it, and the delivery demon's shop refresh (1 Stamp) does not affect active quests.
Check note: vendor mechanics and the quest log come from the official SULFUR Steam page's 1.0 announcement; item pools, organ farming and hand-in behaviour come from first-hand player material — the "Everything You Need to Know About SULFUR's Stamps and Quests" video and the "What do I do with all of these body parts?" Steam discussion. Skrip's cheese-quest detail is a community-wiki report and the Early Access vendor pools remain unconfirmed for 1.0.
